Starting in the last quarter of 2024, the historic 407 Lincoln Road Building will undergo a revitalization to enhance its functionality and appeal.
The updates will refresh shared spaces, combining contemporary design with the building’s rich heritage, making it a top choice for premier office spaces in the heart of Miami Beach.
CLOCK HAS BEEN INSTALLED
Our four-sided rooftop clock was installed in November and is now in its final testing and calibration phase. We expect it to illuminate in December once all four faces are fully synchronized.
In the meantime, enjoy a look back at the clock’s history as we get ready for the big lighting moment ahead of the holiday season.
BUILDING ACCESS UPDATE
Temporary Access Schedule
(Starting October 16):

7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – Access to the building will be through the Lincoln Road entrance only.

After 6:00 p.m.– Access will be through the Lincoln Lane entrance only, using your FOB (tenants only), as part of our standard after-hours policy.
This does not apply to Bank of America
